How it Works

In the event that you need to make a claim, we will ensure that it is settled in a fair and efficient manner. We strongly urge you to contact our office prior to the insurance company. Your account manager will act as your Claims Advocate to oversee the process and will provide you with the following:

  • Prompt administration and management of your claim
  • Updated information about the progress of your claim
  • Fair and timely settlement of your claim including delivery of payment

Note that insurance policies generally require you to take measures to protect your property from further loss.
